On the page 'Audience Profile' shows how I created two mood boards to represent the audience of my magazine, one including their clothing and interests and the other including the type of music they would listen to.
In the first image of the female, this would be a prime example of my target audience. This is due to her clothing, hairstyle, make up and activity. Her clothing is from the popular indie clothing shop 'Topshop' as in the audience profiles which include the logo of this shop as it is very popular for my type of audience. The model in my photo is wearing 'MAC' make up, which would also be popular with my target audience, who will use make up to fit in with the social groups in society. Although it may not be evident, the model in this image is wearing hair extensions, this is likely to be a common feature within my target audience due to trying to look appealing when going out with their friends. Finally, from the image it is clear the the model is going somewhere with friends as she is dressed smartly and has out a lot of effort into her appearance. This is something that my female target audience would do constantly in order to appear attractive in social situations.
The boy in the first image is likely to read my magazine through his costume and hair style. When interviewed, the jacket he is wearing is from 'Topman' which is a popular teen's shop that my target audience would be interested in. The audience of my magazine are likely to shop here as it sells clothes and shoes such as Leather Jackets; Skinny Jeans; Designer shoes etc. which they will be interested in. His hair style is also similar to a indie generated artist named Jake Bugg. He said that he spends time with his friends which would appeal to the target audience as they are likely to do this in their spare time. Also, he said he enjoys playing on his Xbox which I included in my audience profile that my audience would enjoy.
From the second image, (Daniel McElhone) he would also be an audience member for my magazine. This is shown through his costume. When interviewed, his jumper is from the successful fashion store 'River Island' where members of my audience are also likely to shop. He said he enjoys going to see live gigs, which the audience of my magazine would enjoy to do. Also, online shopping would appeal to my target audience as teenagers are highly involved in online activities such as shopping.
