Hazard
Risk
Controlling Risk
Findings
Photo-taking
Taking  a high angle photo by standing on a table
Make sure the table was secure before standing on it
Having people around whilst taking the photo and holding the table in place
Lighting
Lighting may be too bright for models
Not shining the light directly into the model’s eyes and using dimmer light
Editing photos to increase brightness rather than using high intensity lighting which may have harmed the models
Environment
Objects obscuring the set for the photographs
Checking the setting before the photos were taken to avoid damage
Moving ladders/wires to a safer place during the photo shoot so there was more space to take photos and less objects which may have caused harm
